Barn Rise

Barn Rise is a residential care home run by Voyage 1 Limited, supporting up to six adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. At the time of the assessment, five people lived there. The CQC rated the service good overall, unchanged from its previous inspection.

Inspectors found staff to be kind, attentive and respectful, with relatives praising the quality of care and describing staff as welcoming and knowledgeable about individual needs. People were supported to keep in touch with family and felt safe living there. However, the safety of the service was rated as requires improvement, meaning some shortfalls remained in this area despite the positive overall picture.
