Leatherland Lodge

Leatherland Lodge accommodates up to 48 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 41 residents were in residence. The home maintains adequate staffing levels with safe recruitment practices in place. Staff have received appropriate training to dispense medication, and systems are established to minimise infection risks and learn from accidents and incidents.

Care and treatment are planned to ensure residents' safety and welfare. Staff receive training and supervision to fulfil their roles effectively. Residents are supported to maintain good health with access to healthcare professionals, and staff are trained to support people with their individual needs.
