Laverstoke Gardens

Laverstoke Gardens is a residential care home providing personal care for up to seven autistic people or those with a learning disability. At inspection, the home was fully occupied and demonstrated strong support across all areas. Staff valued residents and respected their privacy and dignity, enabling people to exercise personal choices and maintain independence in aspects of their lives they were able to. Care was delivered in a compassionate way that responded to individual needs while supporting people to have maximum choice and control. The home was well managed, with staff safely recruited and well supported to demonstrate the organisation's ethos and empower residents in their day-to-day lives.
