Haydon Park Lodge

Haydon Park Lodge provides residential care and accommodation to 11 people with learning disabilities. The service is led by long-standing managers and staff who respect residents and actively promote their rights, welfare and independence. Residents told inspectors they loved living at the home and felt genuine ownership of their living space, knowing both staff and each other very well.

The home supports residents to pursue meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life, including swimming, football, evening clubs, day centres and community outings tailored to individual interests. Staff help people maintain important relationships with family and friends, and ensure residents have access to healthcare they need. Staff demonstrate strong understanding of individual safety needs and work to reduce identified risks for each person.
