Lanesborough House Care Home

Lanesborough House is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 91 people. Each floor has separate adapted facilities accommodating people requiring nursing, dementia, and residential care. At inspection, 83 people were using the service.

People did not always have important aspects of their care effectively monitored. While the provider had established systems and processes to review and maintain oversight of care quality, with a clear management structure that staff understood, these mechanisms did not consistently ensure comprehensive monitoring of all care needs.
