Blackmoor

Blackmoor provides personal care and nursing support for up to 30 people with mental health conditions, physical disabilities and dementia. At inspection, the service was caring for 14 people across two floors of its purpose-built facility, with plans underway to open a third unit following staff recruitment.

People and relatives expressed satisfaction with the service. Staff demonstrated awareness of individual risks and the actions needed to minimise them. However, inspectors identified a concern during the inspection that required attention to ensure continued safety and quality of care.
