About Bilton Court

Bilton Court is a residential care home in North Northamptonshire, providing accommodation and personal care for older people, including some living with dementia. Further details from the Care Quality Commission's most recent inspection are set out below.

Bilton Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 47 older people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, 38 residents were living at the service. The home had implemented comprehensive infection control measures including a visitor booking system with rapid testing, vaccination checks, and hand washing protocols.

Staff used isolation, co-horting and zoning strategies to manage infection spread, with designated staff allocated to specific areas should anyone test positive. Enhanced cleaning and disinfection took place throughout the service, and personal protective equipment including masks, gloves and aprons was readily available at stations around the home. Staff followed good practice by changing uniforms in an allocated room and storing personal belongings in plastic bags to reduce cross-contamination risks.
