The service offers exceptionally meaningful activities that connect people to their past hobbies and interests, creating events tailored to individual preferences as reflected in care plans.

The home has developed excellent links with the local community. The registered manager maintains detailed logs of all comments and complaints and actively encourages residents and relatives to share their views about the service.
