Inspectors found risks were well managed, staff understood safeguarding, and there were enough skilled, safely recruited staff. Leadership was open and experienced, fostering a supportive, inclusive culture. Most residents praised the care and food, though a minority wanted better meals, and some improvements were needed to medicines protocols.
