Knowle Gate Care Home

Knowle Gate provides personal and nursing care to up to 60 residents including younger people, those aged 65 and over, people with mental health conditions, physical disabilities and sensory impairments, and some with dementia. The purpose-built home had 38 residents at the time of inspection.

The home maintains a visitor code of conduct outlining safe practice requirements during visits. A large mobile Perspex screen is used during some visits to maintain social distancing, which has helped reduce residents' anxiety levels by allowing them to see and talk clearly with relatives.
