About Knells Country House
Knells Country House provides personal care for up to 24 older people, some living with dementia-related conditions. At inspection, 18 people were using the service.
People and relatives praised the caring, welcoming and warm atmosphere, with relatives noting the service provided individual and fulfilling lifestyles. The home was described as a safe place to live, with risks now properly assessed and managed. Medicines management had improved, and there were enough staff to support people, with new staff appropriately vetted before starting work.
