Klair House

This service provides exceptionally person-centred support, enabling people to live as full a life as possible through understanding, encouragement, and positive behaviour support. Staff work effectively with healthcare professionals' guidelines and respond immediately to changes in people's needs. People are made to feel cared for and treated as valued individuals, with staff often going beyond expectations to provide additional support. The service supports people from various backgrounds, including those transitioning from acute hospital services, helping them manage their symptoms and work towards greater independence.
