Kings Court Care Home

Social distancing is encouraged throughout the service, with communal areas reconfigured to support this practice. Staff wear appropriate personal protective equipment and have received training in infection prevention and control measures. An established infection control champion liaises with other leads across the provider's national group to share learning and developments.

The home offers a varied activities programme that keeps people engaged in both solo and group activities. Residents have been supported to maintain contact with relatives through social media, with staff noting that some people become so absorbed in activities they are reluctant to pause for phone calls. Safe admission systems are in place to welcome new residents into the home.
