Kingarth provides specialist single sex accommodation for up to 7 people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health support needs. The service focuses on delivering holistic therapeutic support for people whose behaviours may challenge others. At inspection, all 7 available places were occupied.

People were extremely well supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. Staff focused on people's strengths and promoted their capabilities, enabling them to have fulfilling and meaningful everyday lives. The service supported people to access specialist health and social care in the community and managed medicines in ways that promoted independence and achieved the best possible health outcomes.
