Keyll House

This residential care home provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and autistic people. At the time of inspection, six people lived there. Staff demonstrated kindness and respect toward residents, and understood their safeguarding responsibilities. However, the service faced challenges in providing flexible care that fully met residents' individual needs and preferences, though the provider acknowledged this and had plans to introduce more flexible staff shift patterns. Staffing limitations sometimes restricted people's access to community activities and opportunities to pursue interests that were meaningful to them. The home supported residents in developing skills and working toward greater independence, but care arrangements did not always enable people to engage in activities aligned with their personal goals.
