Keychange Charity Fair Havens Care Home

The home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 21 older people. During the inspection, all 21 residents were living at the home. The building is accessible via stairs and a passenger lift, with lounges and dining rooms on the ground floor, along with accessible outdoor space.

The registered manager had effective systems in place to monitor the quality and safety of the service. They identified shortfalls in the recruitment process regarding employment references and took action to implement a new, more robust process to address this.
