Fair Havens Care Home, run by Keychange Charity, provides accommodation and personal care for up to 23 older adults, aged 65 and over. The CQC rated the service Good overall. Inspectors found breaches relating to staff recruitment and medicines management, with checks not always robust and some people missing doses as prescribed.

The registered manager responded promptly with an action plan to address the risks identified.

Residents spoke positively about their care, saying they felt safe, settled and well supported by kind, competent staff. Safeguarding systems were effective, with concerns properly reported and lessons learned. Some staff felt senior leaders were not always approachable, though people using the service raised no concerns about their treatment or medicines.
