Several residents have associated difficulties including behaviours that may cause distress, and some are on the autistic spectrum. The service supports residents with personalised care tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.

At inspection, the home demonstrated good practice across most areas, with outstanding performance in responsiveness to residents' needs. Staff were observed providing compassionate support that enabled residents to lead fulfilling lives. The home maintains effective systems to ensure people receive the right level of care and support for their wellbeing.
