Kenbrook

Kenbrook is a nursing home accommodating 51 older people, some of whom are living with dementia. Inspectors found that people received well-personalised care and support, with residents happy living at the home and enjoying good relationships with staff. Relatives were also satisfied with the care provided, and people were given meaningful choices about their care.

The home maintained strong safeguarding practices, with risks to wellbeing properly assessed and planned for. Residents received their medicines safely and as prescribed, and were supported to access healthcare services when needed. People had adequate food and drink, with opportunities to participate in a range of activities. The provider demonstrated commitment to equality and diversity, actively promoting different cultures and religions.
