Coplands Nursing Home

Coplands Nursing Home provides nursing and residential care for up to 79 older people, those with physical disabilities, and those with mental health needs. At inspection, 71 people were living there.

The home has effective systems to protect people from harm and abuse. Staff knew how to identify and report concerns, and had been recruited safely. They demonstrated good knowledge and skills in medicines administration and infection control, and treated people with dignity and respect. Risks to residents had been identified, assessed, and regularly reviewed.
