Jubilee Court

Jubilee Court is a purpose-built residential care home providing rehabilitation, personal and nursing care to 30 people with acquired brain injuries. People told inspectors they felt safe, and staff demonstrated knowledge of how to escalate concerns and manage potential risks. However, improvements were needed in recruitment practices and the continuous monitoring of nurses' registration status to ensure staff remained suitable to work with vulnerable people. Medicines practices showed inconsistencies, with gaps in records and some medicines not dated when opened. The service took action to address these shortfalls during the inspection.
