Janet Fay House provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight people living with mental health conditions. At inspection, seven people were living at the home. The service has implemented robust safety measures including requiring visitors to wash and sanitise their hands, have their temperature taken, and consent to lateral flow tests, with personal protective equipment provided to all visitors.

People are supported to maintain regular contact with relatives through various means, including video calls, with visiting now managed through a formal appointment-based protocol. Safety procedures are in place for admitting new residents or re-admitting existing ones to the home.
