Jane Percy House

Jane Percy House provides personal and nursing care to up to 26 people with physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, the home was supporting 24 residents.

Staff demonstrate exceptional care and motivation, empowering residents to live independently and with dignity. People are supported and encouraged to pursue their goals and have their voices heard. A care manager noted that the home "strives to make residents wishes a reality and does everything within their ability to improve the lives of each resident."

The registered manager has fostered a culture that places residents, their hopes and aspirations at the centre of the care provided.
