Hartford Court

Hartford Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 68 people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, 41 residents were using the service.

Residents say they receive safe care. Systems to monitor people's safety have improved since the last inspection, with risks now properly documented. Staff know residents well and respond quickly to individual needs. Staff understand how to raise safeguarding concerns and the home learns from incidents when things go wrong. The home has robust recruitment procedures in place and maintains appropriate staffing levels.
