Individual Care Services - 2 Laurel Drive

This residential home accommodates up to five people with learning disabilities and other support needs, including physical disabilities. At inspection, four people were living there.

People received safe and timely support. Most staff had completed necessary training and possessed the skills to support residents safely, though a few were still completing their qualifications. Some staff had not participated in fire drills, but the head of service took immediate action to address this. Sufficient staffing levels enabled staff to review care plans appropriately.
