Iddenshall Hall accommodates up to 44 people requiring support with personal care, with 24 residents living there at the time of inspection. Most residents have age-related conditions. The building spans two floors with adapted accommodation throughout.

Relatives spoke positively about their visiting experiences. They appreciated the outdoor garden visits and noted that when weather changed, staff installed a screen in the visiting pod which works well. One relative commented their family member "copes really well with it" and praised how staff initially helped with the microphone setup but now allow visits to proceed independently.
