Hoylake Cottage

Hoylake Cottage accommodates up to 62 older people and people living with dementia, with 51 residents at the time of inspection. The home provides both nursing and personal care services.

The service maintains safe visiting procedures that balance infection control with residents' wellbeing. While visits are generally restricted to essential visitors only, the home makes exceptions for people receiving end of life care or where visits have been assessed as being in the person's best interest. All visits take place in residents' own rooms, and visitors are required to wear full PPE.
