Hopwood Court

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care to up to 23 people aged 65 and over in one adapted building. Sufficient staff are on duty to keep people safe and meet their needs. Medicines are managed and stored securely, and safe infection control practices are in place. People's care needs are assessed and regularly reviewed with the person and their relatives where appropriate. Staff receive training and support to deliver care in line with best practice.
