Hope House provides accommodation and support for up to 11 people living with a learning disability, with seven residents at the time of inspection. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. People received safe support with medicines and staff followed infection prevention and control good practice guidance.

The service promoted equality and diversity in its support and staff understood how to protect people from poor care and abuse, working well with other agencies to safeguard residents. The home had enough appropriately skilled staff to meet people's needs and keep them safe, with flexible support available when needed and at the right level.
