Home Farm

Home Farm is a residential care home supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, with capacity for up to six residents in single rooms. At inspection, two people were living at the home. The service provides both short-term respite care and transitional support for those moving towards more independent living.

Staff demonstrated a strong understanding of how to protect vulnerable people, ensuring residents felt safe within the service. The home maintains suitable accommodation including a small office and sleeping-in room for staff.
