The service provides accommodation and care for older people. During this inspection, inspectors found that structural work had been completed to address previous water ingress problems, and broken or obsolete furniture and equipment had been removed or replaced. The premises were now suitable for purpose and properly maintained, resolving the earlier breach of regulations.
