Hollybank Nursing Home

Staff and management did not adequately understand people's legal rights regarding consent to care and treatment under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Deprivation of Liberty safeguards. Care assessments were incomplete, with some care plans lacking essential details about how to deliver support. Governance systems were weak, with audits and quality assurance processes insufficient to monitor and improve safety. Staff lacked access to up-to-date policies and procedures.
