The home demonstrated strong infection control practices, with visitors required to have their temperature taken, complete health questionnaires, wash their hands, and undergo COVID-19 tests upon arrival. Staff received training in the correct use of personal protective equipment, including safe removal and application, and the home maintained an ample supply of PPE throughout.
