Hilltop Lodge

Hilltop Lodge is a residential care home providing nursing and personal care to adults with dementia or physical disabilities, supporting 58 people at the time of the CQC's assessment. The service was previously in breach of regulations relating to safe care, staffing and governance, but inspectors found these issues had been resolved and the home is now rated Good overall.

People and relatives spoke positively about staff, food, activities and feeling safe. Some medicines administration and refurbishment improvements were still needed, but these had already been identified by the home and were being addressed. Visiting professionals praised the staff team's approach and communication.
