Accidents and incidents are recorded and analysed to identify patterns and prevent future occurrences. The environment is clean and infection control measures protect residents effectively. Recently increased staffing levels on each unit have enabled staff to spend more meaningful time supporting individual residents and meeting their needs promptly.
