This nursing and residential service provides personal and nursing care for up to 120 people, including those living with mental health conditions or dementia, across six houses. Residents reported feeling safe and satisfied with the standard of care received. However, staffing arrangements negatively impacted the quality of support and placed some people at risk. While infection prevention and control processes were established, staff did not consistently follow them. Residents received medicines as prescribed. Governance systems were comprehensive but had not effectively met regulatory requirements or improved care quality, with poor staffing feedback noted across three consecutive inspections. The new registered manager and provider demonstrated commitment to improvement, taking immediate action on infection prevention concerns and engaging proactively with feedback about staffing levels.
