Highbury House

Highbury House provides personal care for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities and autism, currently supporting 10 people. The service comprises three neighbouring properties, each offering bedrooms with ensuite facilities and shared communal spaces, positioned conveniently near local amenities. At inspection, the home continued to demonstrate inadequate management oversight to maintain standards and regulations. Several concerns identified at the previous inspection remained unresolved, and additional regulatory breaches were identified. The provider had submitted an action plan following earlier findings but failed to implement effective improvements in staffing and management systems required to address previous concerns.
