High Pines Residential Home Limited

High Pines Residential Home provides personal care to older people, including those living with dementia, in one large adapted building with capacity for up to 27 residents. At the time of inspection, 23 people were receiving care at the service.

People told inspectors they were happy and safe living at the home. Potential risks to health, safety and welfare had been assessed, with guidance in place to mitigate them. Accidents and incidents were recorded and analysed to identify patterns and trends, with the registered manager taking transparent action to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
