Heron Lodge

Heron Lodge provides nursing and personal care for up to 30 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 29 people were residing at the service. Managers conducted risk-assessed home visits to ensure people completed COVID-19 screening before admission, and staff supported people to self-isolate on arrival in line with government guidelines. Staff also helped people maintain regular contact with friends and relatives through technology and carefully risk-assessed visits to the service.
