Heather Grange

Heather Grange accommodates up to 70 people in single occupancy rooms with ensuite shower facilities. At the time of inspection, 56 residents were living there. People reported feeling safe and expressed satisfaction with the care they received.

The home had strengthened its approach to medicines management, ensuring people received their medications safely. Staff had completed safeguarding training and could access relevant policies and procedures. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet residents' needs and maintain their safety, with the provider following effective recruitment procedures for new staff members. Individual and environmental risks were being managed appropriately.
