Bank Hall Care Centre provides personal care for up to 56 people, primarily older adults and those with dementia. At inspection, 36 residents were living in the facility across two interlinked buildings. Residents reported feeling safe and satisfied with the service they received.

Staff demonstrated understanding of safeguarding procedures and how to protect people from harm or discrimination. The home maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs and ensure their safety, with appropriate recruitment procedures in place. Individual and environmental risks were properly assessed and managed, and the premises maintained good standards of cleanliness throughout.

Infection control measures were in place to protect residents from the spread of infection.
