This follow-up inspection checked previous concerns around medicines management, environmental safety and weak governance, and inspectors found these had been resolved and improvements sustained.

Staffing levels were sufficient, though some relatives felt more staff would help at busy times. Staff were kind and respectful, care plans were personalised, and people had access to activities and good healthcare support. People and relatives described feeling safe and well cared for.
