Healey House provides accommodation and personal care support for up to ten people with a learning disability across a main house accommodating eight people and a separate bungalow for two residents. The service operates without nursing care provision. The home is situated in landscaped gardens in Whitworth with easy reach to Rochdale and surrounding areas, and forms part of a wider service provision including day care, respite care and supported living facilities.

At the time of inspection, nine people were accommodated at the service.
