Headingley Hall Care Home

The home provides personal care for up to 57 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 44 residents were using the service.

People and relatives praised staff unanimously, describing exceptionally high standards of care and support. The team demonstrated remarkable thoughtfulness and kindness, consistently putting residents' needs first and seeking ways to enhance their quality of life. Care was highly person-centred, with relatives particularly noting the tremendous love, empathy and understanding staff displayed when caring for people approaching the end of their life. Staff treated everyone with respect and maintained their dignity throughout.
