About Hazelwood House
Hazelwood House is a care home providing accommodation and personal or nursing care for up to 15 older people and those under 65 with dementia and underlying mental health conditions. At inspection, 14 people were using the service, though two were temporarily in hospital.
Inspectors identified significant concerns with how risks were managed in relation to people's treatment and care. Medicines were not always managed safely, and guidance for administering specific medicines was not consistently available to staff.
