Manor Lodge

Manor Lodge accommodates sixteen older people, some living with dementia, in single occupancy bedrooms. At the time of inspection, all sixteen available places were occupied.

Inspectors observed positive engagement between staff and residents. People reported that staff were kind and provided good care. Medicines were managed safely overall, though inspectors made one recommendation regarding the management of certain medicines. The home had assessed and understood risks to people's safety across various areas, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
