The premises were clean and odour free, with dedicated domestic and cleaning staff maintaining standards.

Inspectors identified some areas for development around waste management, recommending the home replace open bins with pedal operated bins for safer disposal. The registered manager agreed to address this recommendation and ensure cleaning schedules reflected the frequency needed for high touch areas.
