Staff encouraged people to make choices and supported their independence and participation within the local community.

Residents were enabled to live as ordinary a life as any citizen, with the service actively promoting inclusion and choice in daily life. The home maintained the good rating from its previous inspection, with inspectors finding that positive practices continued throughout the service.
