Haughgate House Nursing Home

Haughgate House Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 42 older people in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, 27 people were using the service. Residents spoke positively about their care and were happy living there.

Views on staffing levels were mixed among residents and relatives, though most staff felt there were sufficient staff to meet people's needs. During the inspection, staff were observed to be visible and accessible throughout the service. The manager and service development director indicated they were actively engaged in ensuring appropriate staffing.
