Elizabeth House Care Home Adults

Elizabeth House is a care home supporting up to 20 people with mental health issues and learning disabilities. The service consists of two large terraced houses knocked into one, located in a quiet residential area of Portsmouth. At the previous inspection in January 2017, significant breaches were identified regarding medicine management, Mental Capacity Act compliance, governance processes, and staff supervision and training. The provider submitted an action plan addressing these concerns. This follow-up inspection in June 2018 found that improvements had been made across these areas.
