About Hargrave House
Hargrave House provides accommodation and care for up to 58 older people across two wings: Hargrave House for residential care and Alice Grace for dementia care, located in Stansted. On the day of inspection, 56 people were living at the service.
People and their relatives were complimentary about the care provided. Staff understood how to recognise and report issues of concern, and people received effective care from them. The service recruited staff safely and maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs. Risk assessments were in place to keep people safe.
